During the work execution, the worker discovered an inconsistency, and called his supervisor to verify if he should continue with the execution.
Supervisor calling the worker (3:15)
Supervisor has some additional task outside the work execution for the worker, so he calls him and asks him to do it.
Taking photos, modifying and sending them (3:50)
Supervisor takes a photo through the worker’s device, modifies it to highlight an area of interest, and sends it back. The worker automatically sees it, and takes a photo according to the instructions.

During the workorder execution, the worker has hands-free access to the information related to his/her actions.

The web based I3D Editor (3:18)
Plant operator can use the web based I3D Editor for defining work orders and assigning them to the worker.
About I3D remote assistant
Worker calling the adviser (1:05)
During work execution worker can select the Call button. By selecting the Call button, worker activates Remote Assistance module on his/her Android device. When Remote Assistance is activated, adviser can use the available functionalities.
Adviser calling the worker (1:31)
When worker executes the workorder, adviser can use Remote Assistance and connect to the worker to provide him/her the required information.
File sharing (2:09)
Adviser can share files with the worker via the I3D server. All the shared files can be kept as an evidence on the I3D server.
Remote annotations (2:38)
Adviser can create a print screen from the ongoing call to draw in.
