Use case description
This use case occupies on daily, weekly and monthly maintenance procedures in the Biogas plant Valaliky. Maintenance procedures took place in an electrical LV Switching room, biogas engine room, heat engine room, unit of biogas cleaning and cooling, fermenters engine room, platform above the fermenters, sludge storage tank and a room in front of cogeneration unit (CGU). This use-case was created for Augmented Reality – execution mode and for Virtual Reality – learning mode.
Use case benefits
In this use case reliable maintenance operations are ensured. Workers have their hands free and can take pictures, make videos, voice recording and get hints from smart glasses by using voice commands. All the data gathered through work order execution is stored on the server and can be used later. By deployment of this use-case reduction of downtime will be increased by 10 percent, work safety is improved and knowledge about maintenance procedures will be expanded.
