Remote Assistance is an option for a technician or a worker to call their remote advisor during the executed work order via a two-way video.
The service consists of two endpoints, typically a technician in the field and a remote advisor in the office, or two technicians in the field. The worker can request remote advice in form of two-way video call from any other worker from his contact list. The remote advisor can see live video transmitted by the worker, share his own PC desktop with the worker, or send additional documents, pictures etc.
The whole remote session can be recorded for further reference.
